We at Pinnacle Motorsports have worked feverishly for the past decade to build high quality events for the pullers and the fans as a whole. Any event Pinnacle Motorsports does today and into the future will be a full competition.
Events are open to all competitors across Canada and the USA. We will accommodate stock vehicles and vintage tractors. Vintage pullers please note the Mini sled has been reconfigured to be a pan dragger, rather than a pan drop to provide a more efficient experience. We now have a larger pan to more effectively stop 12,000 lbs class.
BOSS BLUE - KENNY BEAUCHEMIN - WARMAN, SK

Boss Blue was custom built from front to back in 1982 sporting 7710 Ford sheet metal and 30.5 x 32 tires. Since 1982 Boss Blue has undergone many updates including the 542 cubic inch supercharged and alcohol injected 2,000 horsepower Donovan Hemi.
This is the third (III) in the series of Boss Blue pulling tractors. Over the past thirty plus years Boss Blue tractors have attended hundreds of tractor pulls across western Canada and about half of the United States including Hawaii. At these events Boss Blue has had many first place finished including multiple high points championships for Saskatchewan Tractor Pullers Association, Alberta Tractor Pullers Association, Montana Tractor Pullers Association and Foremost Tractor Pullers Association.
These awards also included Hooker of the Year, Puller of the Year and 1983 Canadian Championship for the Robco Indoor Series. One of the most memorable events was in 1978 at the National Tractor Pullers Association, Winter Nationals in Denver Colorado. Boss Blue (I) was placed in the center of the coliseum and O’Canada was played for the first time at an NTPA event in the United States.
Since 1997 Boss Blue is celebrating 25 years with Quakerstate Motor Oil, and is now green and white. Although it may have a different look, it will always be “Boss Blue” and they wish to thank all of the fans that have supported them for so many years.
SPIRIT OF SASKATCHEWAN WEIGHT TRANSFER SLED
Stacey Getz – Regina, SK
The Spirit of Saskatchewan was built in the shop of Getz Enterprises Ltd. in Regina under the direction of veteran sled builder Stacey Getz. Stacey built his first mini-sled in 1983. It has taken several years to bring the Spirit of Saskatchewan from conception to completion. It took many hours of work from both volunteers and staff and contributions of product and materials from several people and companies.
Yes, that is a combine cab from a 760 MF Combine, along with the steering axle, hydrostatic drive and transmission which is used to return the weight box to the rear and drive the entire sled back to the start line. The engine is a Perkins diesel 354 Natural Aspirated from a 510 MF Combine. Differentials are from a 1986 White Cab over along with a 10 speed Fuller transmission, and a 4 speed auxiliary giving us a selection of 40 gear rations as to when the weight box will top out.
Spirit of Saskatchewan sports a custom built electronic control module which requires all systems to be ready for a pull in order to get a green light and if any brake, clutch or control is touched the system automatically goes red. This is also tied to a distance measuring system that transmits the distance pulled directly to the announcers stand. It is a heavy-weight base unit that is 38,000 pounds and can be loaded up to 56,000 pounds. Spirit of Saskatchewan is licensed as a class 7 weight transfer machine by NASOA (North American Sled Operators Association) who licenses, insures and inspects over 80 sleds across North America annually.

These two had their first endeavor in tractor pulling was in the spring of 1983 after attending a pull in Moose Jaw and seeing the Mini Class for the first time. They set out to build their first modified-mini for the pull at the Regina Exhibition later that summer and spent several years campaigning it in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming.
Over the years there were several variations to the original tractor. Aluminum rims, puller tires, turbocharged engine, custom modified automatic. With the downturn in the economy and the lack of events the tractor was put into storage in 1987 and is still there. Now they are back with the Dirt Wrangler original chassis which was the first supercharged tractor with an automotive engine purchased in 2005. Completely stripped down, all re-chromed parts, and a blasted and painted frame and a 55 Massey Harris rear end. The custom frame project was put on hold to build the Spirit of Saskatchewan weight transfer sled, which was completed in the fall of 2010. It was at that time the completion of the Dirt Wrangler started once again.
To update some items for the change in rules the fenders, roll cage, seat mount, kill switch, skid plates, wheelie bar vertical posts are all new and custom built. The power plant is a 417 Donovan Block supercharged running alcohol. Stacey made his debut in 2011 and took a 4th (2)3rds a 2nd and a 1st. THE DREAM MAKER – DENNIS EPP – CARMAN, MB
This 7,500 pound modified tractor with Farmall Tin Work will be competing this year. Driver Dennis Epp, met Kenny Beauchemin in 1997 when he was involved in a pull at the Carman Country Fair Tractor Pull. This piqued his interest in tractor pulling just enough to sway him to buy the tractor formally known as the Duke from Tuelon, Manitoba in 1999. Dennis spent the next three to four years re-building it, and he started pulling locally within southern Manitoba. In 2004 Dennis joined RRVTPA and has held Director positions on the board.
OLE BUCK - LARRY HILWORTH - YORKTON, SK
This tractor originated from Eaton Ohio. It was imported into Canada in 2012. It is a 1967 John Deere 5020. It has a John Deere 619 engine and stock JD rear end and transmission. JD 466 rods with the crank nestled in an aluminum girdle. Fire ringed with a JD 10.1 head and needled rear end. It pulls in high gear and the Crower clutch is dumped at 4200 rmp. Fuelled by diesel via a Schiedt Diesel P pump and this engine has a huge Columbus Diesel single 4:1 turbo on it coupled with Simpson water injection, this tractor is delivering approx. 1500 HP. It is a favorite with all the JD owners. It comes from LT Motorsports stables and owned and driven by Larry Hilworth - Yorkton Sask.
THE HUNDER -ADRIAN HUNTER - MEDICINE HAT, AB
Adrian started his pulling career with a modified mini. Then built to a 2 wheel drive truck and has campaigned it all over Western Canada and parts of the U.S.A including the Mid West U.S.A. for the past 25 years.
BIG RED EXPRESS TRUCK - BILL COLE - BONNYVILLE, AB
Bill has been pulling for 18+ years and figures hes old enough to know better and young enough to do it again. This Super semi is a 1966 Kenworth with a 12 V 71 TTA Engine with an estimated 2000 HP. It has an Allison 740 Transmission, SQHD 44 Rockwell and 1124.5 tires.
Bad' SS - JUSTICE GETZ - MCLEAN, SK
In 2012 Justice saw his first mini. He and his dad thought about building one, when this one came up for sale. They bought it just in time for Justice to pull for the first time and for the remainder of the season, Justice had a fair number of pulls and took home several first place spots. During 2013 this mini had a new makeover and is now even more Bad' ss. Justice now has several exceptional years under his belt and is ready for the season ahead!
THE VILLAIN - MONTE GETZ - MCLEAN, SK
Monte hasn't driven since 1987. In 2012 he came back with a newly constructed Modified Mini Tractor. It has a 360 CU IN Small block Dodge with a 904 Torqueflite Transmission, 8 3/4 Dodge with spool Differential, 18.4 x 16.1 Dick Cepek tires and a 3500 Stall converter clutch.
DIESEL - MONTE GETZ - MCLEAN, SK
This Diesel is Monte's everyday driving truck but thought he would have some fun and see what its got. Its a 1012 Dodge 2500 Diesel with a 6.7 L Cummings and a 6 speed auto transmission.

This truck has been around for many years. Originally from Manitoba, Canada, this truck was recently acquired from Cusack Motorsports of Vermilion Alberta. This modified 4 x 4 puller is a 1980 GMC. It boasts an alcohol injected 632 big block Chevy possessing 1080 HP. Has an SDS tranny and Cipek pulling tires. Owned by LT Motorsports, Larry Hilworth Holdings, Yorkton, Sask and driven by Larry Hilworth.

Grant has been pulling for 23 years and sometimes comes in last and sometimes first. This Modified Tractor is a Massey 44 with 1 x 440 and 1 Hemi. It has a Road Ranger 10 Speed Transmission, Clark Planetary Differential, 30.5 x 32 tires and a Crower Slipper clutch.

This Tractor has been pulling for 25 years plus has pulled in 54 Alberta towns, 4 Provinces, and 8 States. This Modified tractor is a 1980 Home built with a V12 Packard 2500 CU IN Engine, and an estimated 1500 -1800 HP. It has a Fuller Transmission, Versatile Differential, Firestone tires, and a Crower clutch.

Owned by Cusack Motorsports and Driven by Trevor Cusack. Wishful Thinking won the 1850 lbs and 2050 lbs points championship in 2012. This Modified Mini is a 2012 Chevy with a 434 Chevy engine and an estimated 600 HP. It has a Powerglide Transmission, 9 Inch Ford Differential and Firestone tires.
TRIAL AND ERROR - ANDY ROPER - BANGOR, SK
Andy has been pulling for 18 years. This Modified Tractor is a 2012 International with a 5.9 L Cummins Engine and an estimated 800 HP. It has a International 660 Transmission, International 660 Differential, 23.1 - 30 tires and a Volair Twin Plate clutch.
JET BLUE - BRAD BLOODOFF - YORKTON, SK
This tractor was built in Saskatchewan by Team Boss Blue. After several years of sitting idle, it gained its rebirth by Cusack Motorsports. It became available for sale in summer of 2013 and while the current owner was not looking for another tractor, he did not want the tractor to be sold outside of Western Canada. A deal was made 2 hours later and this turbine fired tractor is now part of LT Motorsports - Larry Hilworth Holdings - Yorkton, Sask. It is a crowd pleaser and it features a Glycoming T53 engine that came out of a helicopter. Boasting over 2000 HP, this baby runs on Jet Fuel or Kerosene and injects -40 Windshield washer fluid for additional boost. This tractor has been all over North America. It is maintained, serviced and driven by Brad Bloodoff (blue doff) of Yorkton, Sask. It has an SCS transmission in it and a Massey 55 rear end.
FRANK - N - STEIN -KARL GETZ - VIBANK, SK
First Turbo charged mini built in Saskatchewan back in 1984, by Stacey Getz. After sitting for 25 yrs his brother monte asked to borrow the turbo, after finding out it still ran Monte then rebuilt it to conform to modern day standards. It will be campaigned now by Stacey's brothers Karl (driver), Monte (crewchief), and Nephew Justice (pit crew). This is the first Turbocharged Mini built in Western Canada and features: 360 Dodge, 3" Turbo, Water/Methanol Injection and Firestone Pullers.

This is a home made mini tractor with a small block 350 chev. The Transmission is a 2 Speed Powerglide, with a 9 inch Ford rear end. First time pulling for Morgan in 2013.
THE UNDERTAKER - GM (Grinder) MUZYKA - YORKTON, SK
This mini originally competed in Wisconsin. It made its debut pull in Canada in 2013 under the name of Mini Mapleizer. The tractor originally had a 350 Chev engine in it and it has been recently updated to an alcohol burning 565 Merlin estimated 880 HP ran through a Chevy Turbo 400 into a Dana rear end, exhausted through Dan Olson zoomie headers. The tractor has been rebranded as the "Undertaker". This demon is piloted by Gerald "GM Grinder" Muyzka (ma zek ah) Gerald started pulling in 2013. The UNDERTAKER comes from the stables of LT Motorsports - Larry Hilworth Holdings - Yorkton, Sask.

This Mini originated from Pennsylvania - 2013 was this mini's first pull in Canada. Small block Ford Cleveland, estimated 698 HP, Robert Yates Heads, Custom pistons and rods, Aluminum Crank, runs on alcohol, Dana rear end, and Ford C-6 Transmission. PRAIRIE RAT - BRAD BLOODOFF - YORKTON, SK
The Prairie Rat has been pulling all over North America for several years and has captured numerous state and provincial championships. It has been rebuilt several times and was previously campaigned and professionally rebuilt by Gord Wutzke. Most recently the truck was completely rebuilt and has not pulled since. It was owned by Nicole Pearson and the late Blair Weishaar. It features an alcohol injected 557 Big Block Chevy with 14-71 blower estimated at 2100 HP. Coupled to a slipper transmission, powering Dick Cipek pulling tires, this wheel standing, crowd favorite, is built to perfection. It has a winning history. It will be piloted by Brad Bloodoff. It is part of LT Motorsports, Yorkton, SK
RATIFIED - GENO HOLOWATIUK - YORKTON, SK
This is a must see mini! Originally from Pennsylvania where it was a state champion, it came to Alberta Canada a few years ago. It encountered a total professional rebuild. Every nut, bolt or screw was replaced. Everything was rebuilt to the best condition possible. This restoration was championed by Gord Wutzke. It has not pulled since. This mini is a show piece and was owned by Nicole Pearson and the late Blair Weishaar. They had owned the Prairie Rat and were looking forward to pulling together in 2015. When Blair passed away, the Prairie Rat was placed for sale. Nicole preferred that the Prairie Rat and the Ratified mini stay together. It features an alcohol injected 557 Big block Chevy, coupled to an SCS transmissionand a slipper clutch with an estimated 1000 HP. It is piloted by Geno Holowatiuk. Geno started pulling in 2013. While we were not looking for another tractor, we did acquire Ratified as well as the Prairie Rat. Both of these award winning pullers are now part of LT Motorsports - Yorkton, SK.
